Saetta

The “Saetta “ machine is designed specifically for making envelopes from 80 to 200 gms, plus with the addition of the Mohandes friction feeder it is possible to feed cardboard from 200 gms to 400 gms to make “courier” style envelopes and presentation folders.
The “Saetta” machine is able to feed ram punched un-scored envelope blanks though a rotary continuous feeder.
The machine cross scores top and bottom creases with an electronically controlled knife, and creases the flaps with a rotary system.
The “Saetta” creases, folds and glues the envelope then turns it through 90° using a “rotary conical device”, then it applies pressure sensitive adhesive and protective silicon tape to the envelope flap.
Delivery is into a rotary collector.
