Kresta
“The “Kresta” has been designed to either mitre corners of flexible book covers or star cut bookcloth materials which will subsequently be used in case making operations.
The rotary feeder is used to feed book cloth type materials and the top loading friction feeder “Mohandes” is employed when working with cover stock, i.e. 200gsm.
The machine can be supplied with four sets of mitering tooling and four sets of star cut tooling. The tooling is interchangeable and can also be made by a die maker.
Precision of cutting is controlled by PLC ensuring accuracy. Each pair of tools is easily adjustable, one pair in both axes. Therefore the machine is suitable for short as well as long runs.
